Return & Refund policy
- Return Policy: 14 days return eligible for exchange only (no refunds)
- No refunds offered. Only size exchanges are permitted.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- Exchanges must comply with these terms:
- Request via email
- The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for the exchange.
- For damaged or wrong products, you must email within 24 hours with photos for evaluation and possible replacement.
- Sale‑tagged items are not eligible for exchanges.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
